Can't open rune pages in champ select (FIX PLS)

whenever i enter champ select 70% of the times the rune doesn't open and i can't edit or see anything pls fix

Please fix this Riot, it's honestly ridiculous. I've had to dodge countless games because these rune pages are bugged
