[Gameplay] Elise's spiderlings wont spawn in CO-OP Vs. AI-INTRO MODE ONLY

Elise's spiderlings only spawn at the start of the game after using her ult. If they die, they will not respawn using the proper mechanic (using an ability in human form and then using ult), nor will stacks of dormant spiderlings show up after using abilities on minions or other enemies. I was able to get one spiderling to respawn after killing a minion solely in human form using multiple abilities and then switching to spider form after the enemy was dead. Again, this seemed random as nothing I did could reproduce it. After switching to CO-OP Vs. AI Intermediate difficulty the spiderlings seem to be working without error. I have not tried the Beginner difficulty or any PVP games. Hope this helps, Thanks
