New HUD - Cooldown Reduction stat showing 0 instead of 0%

Hi,

Just something that annoys me everytime I try and find the cooldown reduction stat in the new HUD. When I have no CDR the stat displays 0 instead of 0% so it's confusing knowing which stat it is. It isn't consistent and ideally should be changed to properly display the % so you know it's CDR.
