Attempting to Reconnect All the Time

I cant even play games. It keeps saying attempting to reconnect every minute and I don't know what's wrong. Everything else is working like Hulu, Netflix (basically everything). Someone please help!

Riots game is full of bugs since 9.14 i get a bug where i cant even load into game without restarting pc completely
