PBE isnt working!!

i have been recently accepted for pbe and thats great but... when i got to make an account and i finish all the credentials its tells me to fill out, it tells me "Something Went Wrong"... i changed everything atleat 5 times and i get the same red lettering right beside the " Finish Registering" Button... Riot please help.
