Choppy frame rate on way to lane

My game has started freezing whenever im in base or going to lane. I played 2 games today completely fine and on the third, and from then on, when i spawn and walk to lane my screen goes really choppy whenever i click to move. If i click somewhere and allow my champ to walk there its fine, but if i am constantly clicking to move the screen goes horribly choppy. My FPS doesnt drop, it stays around 200 and i don't know what else it could be. Can anyone help?
