Fix Champ Select

I rarely make complaints but when I do it means I'm beyond annoyed. I keep getting consecutive penalties because I can't get to select or ban a damn champ in time. Everything is so damn laggy in the champion selection process that I'm not even aware it's my time to ban until it is too late. If the point of the update was for ease and efficiency then this has failed. During the game everything runs great. I just need to pass the pre-game section. Shouldn't this be the less complicated aspect of the game? Get this shit together so I can get back to the part I actually like.
