Lobby chat connection bug

I'll log in, play a game. All it takes is 1 game. I'll queue up for the next game and once I join lobby, the chat box says "Connecting..." and I can't see what others are typing. Nor can I type anything. I'll type something out and send it but nothing shows. Just the "Connecting..." thing. This is annoying to deal with when playing Blinds.. bc I can't call any lanes and have to try my best to figure out and guess what position to fill based on my teams champion choices. Another bug I've noticed is the champion select count down. It keeps resetting when I'm choosing my champion. It'll start the count down normally but it randomly resets and I end up losing track of how much time I actually have. Then I end up being penalized and I have to wait to queue again. Beyond irritating. I've given up playing for this reason multiple times. Hope this can be fixed.
