REMAKE SYSTEM IS JUST FRUSTRATING

Last ranked game I played (on EUNE), I had a top laner who was connected before the 3rd min of the game. No item purchase, no movement, nothing, at the second minute, a message popped up saying that the user has disconnected. When the game reached the 3:00 min, we were ready to remake, but guess what... We couldn't, for some reason... Remake wasn't available... At 4th minute, the same message popped up again that user disconnected, without previously saying anything that he re-connected. I guess he was stucked in the loading screen, but still this isn't an excuse. If a summoner is not moving, purchased anything or something, remake MUST be an option! There is no fun on playing ranked where you are trying to climb and suddently understand that you have to 4v5....

PS: Our top laner re-connected later and OF COURSE he ended up with 2/5 and 39cs, trolling cause he knew he had no chance of doing anything raher than feeding.... And OF COURSE I know that remake system won't be fixed (same fortune for all the other hundred bugs in the game), untill another 100 Lux skins get released first :)
