I was playing a game of ARAM as Vladimir and I/my team noticed that sometimes I would respawn missing a pretty decent chunk of health. :x There weren't any global ults or anything on the enemy team, so I'm not sure what was going on. Any help on this would be appreciated! :D Thanks!
Played in game with her when this happened, the first instance of this happening was when she was in her blood pool and died (we suspect it was from an enemy Fizz' bleed, but not sure).
It occurred a few more times after that, but we're not sure why.
Soooo, first guess? It has something to do with Vlad's blood pool health cost. (She always was missing ~20% of health)
If you buy an item that grants hp (also AP for Vlad) and then refund it you lose the HP you gained from purchasing the item. It's an intentional thing they built into the shop to prevent people from healing faster by buying flat hp and refunding the item.
vlad's passive gives him health for buying ability power, so probably when you refunded the item you lost health
