when in base, and buying items, all items can be undone. However, the enchantments for boots cannot be undone. Is there anyway this can be corrected? Often I've debated furor or homeguard boots, but to my dismay I can't undo the enchantment.
Typically they want anything that can give you an instant benefit then replaced, to be nonrefundable so people can't take advantage of it (like quick healing with Homeguards or using an active item like Locket). I think Homeguards is the only one that you can't refund; you should test and come back to specify exactly which ones can't be, because if it's only Homeguards it is intended.
