Zac and Teleport
When you kill Zac into his passive, his teamates can put teleport on him so you cant completely kill him. This makes him untargetable. This should be patched.

That's been in the game forever, Riot is aware of it and I think has been kinda fine with it being in the game, they did patch the part where teleporting to a blob made the teleport invisible. Also Anivia can still channel teleport while in egg form, as long as she starts it beforehand.
