[GAMEPLAY] Xin Zhao's third Q won't lift the enemy

Dear Rioters,

I have already reported this bug in Korean LeagueOfLegends website (www.leagueoflegends.co.kr) however, they have failed to reply to my report in 48hrs and present.

Whenever I play XinZhao with the Special forces (IDK the Exact name in English)" skin, the third auto attack with Xin's Q did not lift the enemy up. This happend after the Nemesis Mode came out and it is still happening to a lot of Xin Zhao players.

Please reply to my bug report to let me know wether Rioters are aware of this bug or not.

oh btw, I am only talking about KOR Server but, if this is happening in NA server too, support my report and let's all help Rioters to solve this problem together.
