Voice chat not working and using it breaks mic in others softwares such as Discord.

Ok so with the new voice chat system being intoduced into lol i thought it's time to bin other voice communication softwares and use the integrated one . Well that didn't quite hit the mark. In general the voice chat is not fonctioning precisely i can hear my mates but they can't. The "Voice activity" option not working nor the push to talk one. That test button thing is just there since by clicking sometimes it shows like some random green border blinking even if i'm not talking, or simply an empty button. As for now i gave up on this voice chat system cause it's fonctioning but here is the other problem. While i was testing this feature i tryed using "discord" and "team speak" to test if it's a hardware problem. The thing is my mic stoped working for whatever reason on every software that requires one. So what i did was closing league and tryed opening "discord" first then league. The mic was working just fine on "discord" but still not functioning on lol. Voice chat on league is not working at all. And by opening the league client first means that other voice communication won't fonction,a and the only way for them to do so is closing all running programes and opening "discord" first.
