[GAMEPLAY] Jinx Ult Disappeared?

I was about to ult a Lucian low on health, and my support (Blitzcrank) was in front of me. The ult went off, and it was on CD. It just disappeared. I think it disappeared on Blitz. There were no explosions, showing it hit anything. It wasn't shown on the map. Didn't hit Lucian though it would've. It just, disappeared...

Edit: I was using Mafia Jinx, Blitz was iBlitz, Lucian was Hired Gun Lucian, if any of that helps. There were also minions around Blitz, in front of me, but that shouldn't mean anything.
