Champ Select Bugging - Can't lock in picks/bans

In basically half of my games champ select is messed up. I can chat with teammates, and hover and switch champions easily enough when banning and picking, but it will not allow me to lock in picks and bans. I've dodged several times on multiple accounts because of this bug. Anyone else having the same problems?
