S7 Rune pages gone after starting league client

You should be able to create new pages; the new ones aren't displayed like the old ones. It will let you create new pages up to a cap that coincides with the amount of rune pages you previously owned.

Edit: Between the title and what you're saying in the opening post, I'm a little confused as to what the problem is, but I'll assume it's that you aren't referring to what I thought you were. I'm not sure why your rune pages wouldn't be showing up. I suggest doing a hard restart of your computer, then reopening league and checking. Sometimes that fixes problems like these.
