[Gameplay] Rumble rapid heat lose

get between 45 and 55 heat generated
Cast E twice, W and Q to overheat
Cast E while over heated

After you come out of overheat and cast an ability you rapidly lose heat generated and can never maintain heat generated until you reach 0 heat again. its possible to have the heat decay continue infinitely if you cast 1 ability every 2 to 3 seconds.

So they want him to be in the jungle so much that they gave him a patience bar?

I had something similar to this happen to me too. Couldn't figure out what was going on but I suddenly couldn't manage to get any heat for awhile.
