Placed in champ select

So for a while now, my league client has started to deteriorate I guess and now from time to time, if im playing with people, my game automatically accepts the queue pop and im just placed into champ select without knowing. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but it causes me to have incorrect runes/masteries and summoners. Is there a fix cuz reparing didn't work
