Glitchs with The Leaverbuster / Low Priority Queue

So, my computer naturally sometimes lags and I dc and have to rejoin later to find out I get a low priority queue for 5 , 10 , and 20 mins just because of my computer problems it seems a bit unfair for people that have a problem and were punished for aleast attempting to get in the game and keep playing with other summoners. For Instance, myself I was playing a good game of league , and my mom calls me in for dish's I come back in like 5 minutes for the game later to be given a 5 min cooldown. I'm not able to help my friends get IP because of this broken leaverbuster bot that keeps counting those 5 minutes like I was afk the whole game.

You shouldn't be playing if you can't stay for the entirety of the game, it's really not that hard. There are 4 other people depending on you to be there and those 5 minutes could easily cost them the game. This is not a glitch or bug in anyway.
