Client Update Bug

Just bought a new computer. First thing I go to download LEAGUE! My favorite game. Get the phase 2/2 and once it reaches 230mb remaining in the download i go from whatever my download speed was we will say 3042kbs all the way to zero and never picks back up. I have deleted everything and re downloaded I have tried repairing the client. I have tried a total of 23 times now and everytime it stops at exactly 230mb left. can anyone help me out?
