Runaan's Hurricane Bug

I played as Warwick in a Summoner's Rift game about 5 minutes ago and around 30 minutes into the game I found I was able to purchase Runaan's Hurricane as Warwick. I wasn't able to tell if it had any effect on Warwick but I found it strange! Hope this helps to improve the gameplay even further!
