Weird Remake

So I got directx bug so game crashed on a loading screen, then I had to restart client twice to get to the loading screen. I reconnected at 2:51, bought items left the spawn and my team somehow could remake that game ( it's Eune so they did that) and I could have a vote in that- 5 votes in total. Unfortunately this has happened to me before as well,and this is not a bug,the remake triggers (am i right on this one?) if you are inactive 30 seconds before the 3 minute mark and as such you were remaked.
