With the new patch, it is understandable that the new changes require more landing of skill shots to activate the turrets lasers. Recently in an ARAM I tried to see how the new system worked, but the problem was that no matter how many rockets landed on the enemy no cool down was applied to turret charge. It also seems that the turrets only charged when a champ was already locked on to. The problem that I am finding with this is that the patch notes clearly states that the cool down applies as long as you hit an enemy champ. For some reason this did not happen, as such making it incredibly hard for Heimer to fight since his turrets are now especially squishy. Personally as a Heimer player, I do not mind the changes, but if his turrets can never trigger the laser than his kit loses its edge. I do hope that this is a small error that doesn't affect Heimer games, and that it can be fixed.
