Was supposed to get an Honor Capsule but never recieved it.

I got the message that I had just received an Honor capsule as soon as I logged in today, but Loot was down for some reason on the service status, so I waited for around ten minutes later. When the Loot section finally came back, I checked it but it had no Honor capsule in it. I decided to try reopening my client but still no honor capsule. Just want to know what happened to it and will it come back? Kinda salty.
