Ornn Ultimate disappears when i use it

Riot please look at the replay my game from 1/26/2018 ends around 6:45 pm Minnesota time. Sorry im bming, but my ulti did not work at all. I am Ornn and the big ram doesnt run down on the first call and it eventually just fades away without anything happening but myself burning 100 mana. Sorry Navii is ny IGN i'm super toxic (sorry!!!) however ornn ulti bug. I was not paying attention for what caused it but i realized it didnt work
