Game crashes on start, and i get a time penalty

Hello

This is my first time playing after the last update, and the game keeps crashing on launch after all the summoners have chosen their character. The screen goes black and then I'm asked to reconnect, yet when I do that the same thing happens again, and when I try to exit the reconnect screen it tells me that I will have a time penalty.

this had happened before, but I never thought much of it since it was only a 5-minute penalty, and now it happens all the time. I don't think it's fair that I receive a time penalty for something I'm not the cause of

I've only recently paid for skins and characters only to be faced with a time penalty for something i have not done.

please get this fixed and remove the penalty
