Suspension Turned Into Ban

I received a 14 day suspension, upon checking said suspension it had turned into a perma ban. No idea why or how this happened.

you'd have to file a ticket

it is possible that someone reviewed the case and bumped up the punishment

Explore League>Support>League of Legends>Submit a Ticket

then just fill out the form as accurately as you can with as much info as you can provide you might get an automated response back first, just reply to that email about your problem and you should get an actual Riot employee
