/remake didn't work

I just played a game about 10 minutes ago, and in that game we had a darius who never reconnected till about 13m (from what I can recall). What angered me, however, is the fact that my team wasn't able to /remake the game. The darius had never connected to begin with, and he just stood in the center of the fountain afk until he reconnected. I'm not sure if it's a bug, or just something that I missed, but I know how /remake works. I know if they reconnect before 3 minutes, the /remake option will be unavailable. But like I said, He never connected to the game until 13m in. I'm frustrated because I lost LP because of what seems like a bug in the /remake system.
