[GAMEPLAY] Cinderhulk not work after death

Noticed that yesterday , when i bought upgraded jungle item with cinderhulk - it worked , until until enemy team killed me ! After trying fighting 1v1 vs enemy jungle i noticed that i do less dmg than he does to me , but i was in item lead , after that i noticed that cinderhulk not work , i back to base , sell it , press undo and it worked , but every time i died in game i needed to do that thing again.

Maybe , this was only for me , but if not , we should fix it ASAP If it gives something , i played Evelynn.
