my account is banned but i am supposed to be unbanned?

i was rightfully banned and am supposed to be unbanned on 11/28 5:45. it is now 10:26 am and i am still banned. what can i do?

im gonna copy paste the same answer: you sent in ticketsss? several? every time you answer a ticket (or create a new one) it gets back to the bottom of the list, thus you'll never get an answer. patience is key.

and i will add this: making several tickets and several posts is not helping you at all. actually the opposite
