Key fragments - Bug or not?

Like, I didn't get a single key fragment in like a month or something even though i played few games almost every day.. So, is it just a bad luck or is it a bug?

As per the rules, Report a Bug is for the collection of formal reports of bugs only. It is for the collection of reports so that they may be fixed by technical staff. Just read the Hextech FAQ.

I've been wondering the same. Played at least 40 games with no key fragments dropping.
