There were a couple of instances where homeguards did not activate on Heimerdinger. Sometimes they would even activate then stop working while I'm running with it half way across the base. It's happened nearly every game I've played with Heimerdinger with homeguards.
Hmm...The only reason I can think of it being exclusive to Heim is that maybe you have turrets around and they are in combat?
I'll assume that them being in combat affects Heim's status of wether he's in combat or not, dunno.
this same thing happens with teemo with teemo it's because someone stepped on a shroom with heimer is probably cause your turret shot someoen
