I have a leaver buster, because the game wouldn't let me load in.

I was playing ranked and while loading I noticed it was taking much longer to load than it should. everybody was at 100 but me, then my connection started going up. once I was at 100 too the game stood there frozen and nothing happened. it then crashed out of the loading screen onto the reconnect button. I clicked it but it wouldn't let me reconnect. My team remade( understandably) and now I lost 15 lp and I now have a buster. can you guys fix? I have gotten a lot of leavers before and those were on me. But this time I didn't do anything. I was at my pc the whole time.
