[Client]? Ranked 3's team bug? Matches not being recorded

After winning 5 placement matches it appears that Three of the 5 matches were not recorded, yet they show up in my match history. Looking close at the history 3 of the games didn't even give IP. Is it bugged, broken, or just not going to place us now? We played a 6th game just to make sure if it would count, and as expected it did not... Also, After leaving all other teams i was in i left just the one with the wins and my profile is showing the W/L from another team still. Also my team is aparently going inactive in 4 days =/

Riot needs to do or say SOMETHING about this issue. It'd be nice if they treated Twisted Treeline with the same priority as SR. The camps are still missing spawn animations for god's sake.

I'm also having the same problem. The first match did not record after I clicked on the 'Skip Waiting..' button (was stuck on that screen for 3-5 mins) Please excuse the borders, it was done in a haste-like fashion

EDIT: Should I start my own thread concerning this matter? I don't wanna spam.. i'm not sure how the tech team is filtering and prioritizing each issue.

Had the same problem with 2 of my teams ranked 3's matches.....plz rito item 3070

Has there been any solution or statement on this? or any work around you guys figured out?
