i am not getting any normal key after new season update......it is very sad that win after win i cant get it....but why ?

I need a solution...please help me..... And if there is any bug please fix it quickly.....

Key drop rate declines the more you get. You will get a lot at first then quickly not get very many. This rate resets roughly every 30 days after your first fragment. You will notice when it resets when you start getting lots of fragments again.
