Bug with Bard

[Gameplay] Any time Bard uses Cosmic Binding, I am stunned. This occurs when I am in the middle of the lane and no walls to hit or allies around. It should not stun me if it hits a minion and me, but it does. Please fix Bard so you are not constantly stunned.

Bard stuns you for hitting you and any other unit (or terrain). So it does indeed stun you when it hits you and a minion. It is 100% intended.... its 150% stupid but 100% intended
