3 min surrender not working! >_>

Gnar wasn't loading in within the three minutes during the grace period he had and all was normal with how it goes saying "summoner has been disconected blah blah blah you have 30 secs to surrender blah blah blah". Usual stuff right? WRONG SURRENDER BUTTON WAS GREYED OUT FOR ME AND THE OTHER TEAMATES ON MY MATCH AND I LOST MY PROMO KTHX.
