mastery page image bug

Ever since this one champ select all of my mastery page shows up as 0 5 12 and when i try to adjust it the mastery whatever mastery i clicked doesn't light up but says 5/5 or 1/1 etc etc so i'm assuming that something happened during my champ select that caused the image/animation of the mastery page to be frozen but i can still adjust the mastery page. its same situation in main menu and during champ select.

anyone having the same issue and are there any fixes?
