Hi justin329 here i have lost my ranked status in my profile. I had completed my 10 placement matches winning 6 out of 10 and was placed in Silver 1 Orianna's Artillery but after the new 2016 ranked changes my silver ranked badge is gone and League Tab takes me to the standard screen instead of the league table. Please help You can check my match history. I had really stressful and intense placement matches and really don't want to go through that again.
Won 6/10 and got placed in Silver 1?! Either there have been MAJOR changes since last time, or you must have ended the previous season in Master division!
Hello, when did you complete the 10 placement matches? The ranked season just updated 6 hours ago in EUW if I believe. So if you placed before that, then your status has been erased for the new season and you'll need to go through the next placements. If you placed after the ranked season started (6 hours ago iirc), then submit a ticket through their support.
