Athenes' Unholy Grail Bug [gameplay]

It seems like the updated Unholy Grail isn't updated fully, or at least the passive. I thought it was just me but I even relogged and a friend of mine comfirmed this bug as well. The new passive DISSONANCE: Grants 5 ability power for every +25% base mana regen, on Unholy Grail is not vissible on the item yet. Also the old passive: HARMONY: grants +25% base health regen for every +25% base mana regen, is still there.
