BugSplat everytime the nexus dies + random ping spikes random fps drops and random lag in game

Every game win or lose i get a black screen that i have to wait 3-5 minutes for it to randomly go away then a bug splat pops up. Not to mention that just about everybody playing has fps drops randomly resulting in lag. not to mention the random ping spikes i get for no reason while playing.
