[Gameplay] Riven dashes through Azir ult allllllllllll the time
When Azir uses his ult, Riven is able to dash through it as it is in motion (and possibly after it has fully casted/setup).
- As Azir, use ult towards Riven
- As Riven, dash towards Azir while his ult is being cast.
As Azir, I probably used my ult against Riven about 8 times last game, and I think my ult knocked her back/blocked her once, MAYBE twice. This definitely isn't a 1/10 frequency bug, this happens very easily.
