[Gameplay] Evelynn's E is not working properly after the patch

Evelynn's E ability doesn't seem to be going off reliably when targeting enemy champions after the latest patch. It still works on lane creeps and jungle camps just fine. But when I try to use it on enemy champions I often have to spam E two or three times before it finally goes off. I always use her Masquerade skin if that matters.
