Irelias bladesurge bug

I have been having issues with the response time with irelias Q sometimes its seems like it doesn't work when I want it too. I thought it was lag at first but watching Irelia Carries U he said hes been having the same issues. have you guys noticed this and is the a bug fix coming soon?
