Bandit mastery not working ??

It says it gives you gold (10 for melee and 3 for ranged) if you hit an enemy champion with attack or SPELL

i just played a game with pantheon thinking this is coolest mastery ever cuz on every spear i will get +10 gold cuz im melee and im hitting him with spell but no , it doesent give ANY gold at all (not even 3 for ranged assuming that the spear throw is ranged attack , although it should give 10 cuz im melee and the spear throw is just my spell)

the question is - were iz mai gold ?

  • yes i know the mastery has a cooldown
  • no i did not used the spear while the mastery is on cd and now crying here
  • yes i tested this many times its not just a single time bug , its a non-working mastery

-the mastery DID work with my autoattacks but not with my Q's

is the mastery meant only for skillshots and not for abilities that cant miss ??

EDIT : tried this with katarina Q it doesent give ANY GOLD as well , (not 10 , not even 3)

No I think it should give you the 3 gold according to the mastery description. I know for a fact that Taric's stun works and gives me 10 gold but only every 5s(did you check this?) Did you get the bandit gold for his W jumps? maybe just since its new they still got some stuff to add into their code. Used to be just a support thing, so I imagine they just havent gotten to all the champs yet.

no i think it should give me 10 if im pantheon or katarina for example cuz of my autoatacks are melee , like katarina is melee , but her Q is ranged , this doesent mather though cuz kata is still melee so she should be getting 10 gold if she hits enemy with Q ,

taric stun may work with this mastery i didnt tested it but i tested panth and kata , maybe if i continue testing i will find more champs that dont work

even if as panth or kata i should be getting 3 gold instead of 10 , i dont even get the 3 , i dont get any , the only part of the mastery that works is that i get 1 gold when nearby minion is killed by ally ,

  • i tested this much times its not becouse im watching that im not getting gold while the mastery is on cooldown - ITS NOT ON COOLDOWN and it still dont give gold

  • i didnt tested panth W , but this is not important , important is that i found 2 champs (there are probably more we just dont know) that they dont get gold from their Q ability ...

  • if you say on taric works then it means the mastery only works on some champs and on some it doesent ...

yeah your aa is melee but the ability is ranged and taric e is ranged ability but i got 10 gold so you're right there are just some preseason glitches to work out. I bet there are more than 2 champs it doesnt work on. If it is working right based on concept and description ranged attacks aa and ability get 3 gold and melee abilities and aa get 10 gold.

Well I have been using Bandit for Blitzcrank for additional gold, 1 gold for every nearby minion kill, but it doesn't seem like its working either, it only gives me the gold from the actual relic shield, none from the mastery.

I think it is bugged.

I was playing Galio support yesterday, and the only time that I got the 10 gold was with autoattacks. Very disappointing.
