Launcher freeze

[Client] - Yesterday I tried to launch the game and it froze at the logo. after a few close and open (had to close through Task Manager) got to see the launcher but it froze again and I can't see more than that "image". I still have sound and can "login" but can't see anything else. tried several solutions posted and 3-4 full reinstall but nothing.
