Mac Client - Can't move screen

The link is the exact problem I have, though I don't see Riot doing anything about it at all? Perhaps they don't care about Mac Users cuz PC masterrace RIP. For real, it's annoying because apparently it's been going on for such a long time yet the problem still occurs. It's so annoying, Riot plz halp.
