Cant buy rp

Ive been trying to buy RP via visa card and its not working. I come to step 3 and the client just sits there, it doesn's say wrong numbers or server down, it just sits there, the circle keeps spinning. "dont close this window msg is there along with 30min rare wait time but ive been waiting for 1+ hour and nothing . I tried the purchase last 3 days still same problem
