Game issue

i started aram match and before choosing champ cooldown end something wrong happen that cause my laptop stop working and bad laag so i waited long to restart laptop which cost me to get low properity 20 mins for 5 matches and losing my match that wrong was not my fault. so i hope u remove my ban and fix it, Thank you for reading my report
